In October of 2007 our chapter participated in the NA-YGN Drawing Contest. YGN members give a presentation to 5th graders on the different ways to produce electricity, how nuclear fission works, and everyday applications of nuclear science and technology. This year Adam Strange, Paul Swaney, Ashley Peterman and Sarah Chisholm presented to Hornets Nest and Ashley Park Elementary schools. Our chapter held a local contest.
