Mentoring Program

“Bridging the Divide”

The Carolina Chapter NA-YGN Mentoring Program

Mission Statement:

The NA-YGN Carolina Chapter Mentoring Program is targeted at helping members and managers share relative professional experiences with one another. In doing so, this program will enable members to learn valuable career and life skills necessary to grow and succeed in their work. Likewise, management can enhance their leadership by receiving feedback and insight into the challenges and successes that a young professional faces in today’s nuclear industry.

For more information, download the PowerPoint Presentation delivered to management.

  • Meetings would be encouraged to be held frequently (at least once every other month)
